Strawberry, Peach & Mango Protein Quick Oats

Anytime, anywhere, whenever you crave it!

Hot Water or Milk: For 125 mL (½ cup) of Gruo, add 175 mL (¾ cup) of hot water or your favourite hot milk. Let sit for 2 min.

Microwave: For 125 mL (½ cup) of Gruo, add 175 mL (¾ cup) of cold water or your favourite cold milk. Heat 1-2 min. or to desired consistency.

Overnight: Let your oatmeal do the work while you sleep! For 125 mL (½ cup) of Gruo, add 175 mL (¾ cup) of your favourite cold milk and let sit in fridge. Sleep. Wake up to your delicious Gruo!

Adjust water or milk for desired consistency!

Conservation: Seal after use. Store in a dry place.
